Admission Procedure

  1. Generally admission is available only in the nursery classes because the rest of the classes are full. If seats are available in other classes, it will be informed through advertisement board and in the website.
  2. Admission : Registration for admission in the school to Nursery notification will be published in advance in all the notice boards and at the entrance to facilitate the parents to do the needful in advance.
  3. Admission process : The admission form available only in the school office. Fill in the admission forms & other relevant documents & meet the principal on the day of appointment.
  4. Requirements : Copy of Birth Certificate, Original of T.C. Previous School T.C., Copy of Child ID, Copy of Aadhar Card, Copy of Caste Certificate & Income Certificate (If SC/ST/OBC), Copy of Bank passbook front page, 3 Passport size photographs, Copy of the Report Card of the previous class
  5. Interaction Schedule : On submission form, date & time of interaction will be intimated. On the day of interaction, child has to visit the school along with both the parents at the scheduled allotted time.
  6. School does not entertain any recommendation.
  7. All admission transactions are done directly in the school office only. For all the payments done in the school, the school will issue an official receipt. Parents are requested to preserve this receipt for further reference.
  8. Age Criteria : Students must fulfill the following minimum age requirement for granting admission as on 31st of July of the admission year.
    Nursery           –           35 months minimum.
    Class I             –           6 years.

Admission & Withdrawal

  1. Admission to all the other classes are done as per the availability of seats and on merit basis. A vacancy notice will be placed by March / April on the notice board for the information of the public.
  2. Withdrawals : A month’s request notice is required before a student can be withdrawn from the school. Those who leave the school must pay all the fees of the year to obtain the TC.
  3. School leaving / transfer certificate from the school last attended counter signed by the education officer.
  4. Original birth certificate to be produced.
  5. Report of progress and co-curricular activities in the school previously attended.
  6. No change in the date of birth of the students will be permitted once the student is admitted.
