Girls (Class VIII To X):

Rules Of Discipline

All students are expected to follow strictly the rules of discipline

Punctuality : Every student must be present in the school on time. Late comers need written permission from the principal to enter their classrooms.
Attire/ uniform : Students must be present in the school in clean and proper uniforms & clothing in accordance with the pattern prescribed by the school.
Rules of Language : The medium of communication in the school campus is English.
Progress Report and School Diary : Students must obtain their parent’s/guardian's acknowledgement within three days for entries made in the progress report and remarks/ communication intended for parents.
Respect for Teachers : Students are to give unconditional respect for their teachers. They are not permitted to entertain their teachers with any gifts.
School Assembly : It is compulsory for every student to be present for the school assembly. At the warning bell all must proceed to where it summons them. At the second bell they should keep silence. While coming out for the assembly and returning back to the classrooms all must maintain absolute silence and perfect order.
Care for the campus : All must take sufficient care to keep clean and tidy the school campus and the building. Any damage caused to the school property or properties owned by others will have to be made good. Damage caused even by accidents should be immediately reported to the school authorities.
Responsibility for personal belongings : Every student responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. The management is not responsible for the same.
Use of mobile phones : No student is allowed to bring and use mobile phones in the school campus.
Disciplinary actions : The principal reserves the right to take disciplinary actions. Immoral actions, grave in subordination, contempt of authorities and willful damage to properties are always sufficient reasons for immediate dismissal.

Leave Of Absence

  • All absence must be explained on the "Leave Note" of the school diary duly signed by the parent/ guardian.
  • Students must submit Leave Letter from their parents/ guardian for any leave of absence. No re-examination is considered for those absent during examinations.
  • Absence without due permission for more than 15 consecutive working days will disqualify a student.
  • Non-payment of school fee after the last due date is also liable to be treated absence and their names can be removed from the rolls.
